What are the terms for wholesale purchases?
We offer a flexible system of discounts that depends on the order volume. The larger the amount of the purchase,the more favourable conditions. Below is a detailed gradation of amounts and corresponding discounts:
30% - 1000 - 2000 euros
40% - 2000 - 4000 euros
50% - 4000+ euros
How quickly are orders processed and shipped?
Delivery is carried out by courier or by post to the branch. It takes 3 to 5 business days to process and complete the order. We ship from a warehouse in Poland, which ensures fast and reliable international delivery.
Is it possible to get discounts for regular customers?
After the first order, you will have 2 months to sell the products and introduce customers with our brand. During this time, your discount is fixed. To keep it in the future, you need to place monthly orders for a certain amount according to the level of discount.
Do you provide quality certificates for the products?
LUNAmoon brand products are marked by the highest standards of
quality and safety, which is confirmed by the relevant documents: MSDS,
CPSR, CPNP registration and GMP certificate.
Do you offer support and consultation for distributors?

transportation or a manufacturing defect, we will provide a product exchange
The issue must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order
Photos or videos clearly showing the defect must be provided
The production batch date (indicated on the packaging) must be included.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will include the replacement in your next order.
